Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a customer-focused retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Operate cash register and process purchases, including scanning, bagging, and handling payments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, set up displays, and follow planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties as directed.
• Support store management in absence of the Store Manager.
