Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet sales targets.
