Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. seeks a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. Integrity and resourcefulness are essential.

The role requires supervisory experience, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as donations are received and processed. Boone, NC location.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10–35 pounds frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary.
• Cash register and customer service duties.
• Receiving, pricing and stocking donations; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10–35 pounds frequently.
