Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a store leader in Louisville to drive customer experience and sales on the floor. You will coach a diverse team, manage daily operations, and lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled, ensuring standards and safety are maintained.

You will leverage retail technology to enhance service, stay focused on store priorities, and own execution from opening to closing shifts with energy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and use retail technology to enhance the customer experience and store operations.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and take ownership of store execution.
