Activate is a technology-driven entertainment venue operator seeking a shift lead for our Roseville store. You will ensure smooth operations, coach Game Facilitators, and be the first contact for escalations, technical issues, and room readiness.

The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and efficient store management. As a full-time, permanent position in Roseville, you will report to the Store Leader and help keep all rooms operational while upholding Activate values and safety

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role focusing on customer engagement.
• Experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and store operations; troubleshoot bookings and issues.
• Train and coach team members to improve customer experience.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and room readiness; ensure safety protocols.
