Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations in Flagstaff, AZ. You will open and close the store in the absence of management and manage cash handling, refunds, voids, and pricing tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will engage customers, deliver a distinctive service experience, assist with vendor orders, and support inventory accuracy across departments and the stockroom as part of a retail team.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with and coaches other team members with warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including opening the backdoor for deliveries.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
