Niemann Foods is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and assist with front-end operations to keep the store running smoothly.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and team collaboration, with opportunities to develop leadership and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Assists in managing total store operating.
• Assures front end is providing customers with quick friendly service.
• Perishable department kept full and ready for business.
• Frozen/Dairy items displayed and milk case full at evening.
• Maintains store conditions and backroom organization.
• Assists in handling customer issues and follows safety policies.
• Direct supervision of Associates; training and directing work.
