Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Bloomington, IN to partner with the Store Manager in coaching team members, driving sales, and delivering an engaging customer experience. The role includes opening and closing duties as the manager on duty and executing store initiatives.

You will lead by example, train staff on operational procedures, utilize store reports, and support brand standards. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential; retail experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and pulse on the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
