Job summary

Additionally, you will assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and basic store operations while maintaining accurate records and facilitating vendor deliveries.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and helps with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Hold keys for opening/closing and assist with vendor deliveries and backroom tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising and pricing updates.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance as needed.
• Communicate tasks and report issues to management when leadership is absent.
