Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Obtain and maintain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes cash drops, returns, voids, refunds, and provides change as needed.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and resolves issues.
• Engages customers, greets shoppers, and assists with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages inventory counts, pricing changes, and signage to reflect local regulations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom access, and order review.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks and supports store operations as required.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance and ensures compliance with policies.
