Job summary

The position entails a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
