Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support store management in Pine Bluff, AR. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling deposits, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience according to ACE standards.

You will assist with daily operations, help maintain pricing and merchandising, and ensure a safe, orderly workplace while supporting budget goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12–18 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and manage daily banking deposits.
• Assist with supervising staff and training as needed.
• Provide ACE customer service to donors and customers daily.
• Monitor pricing, display, and rotation of store merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
