Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cottonwood, AZ to support store operations, assist customers with a positive experience, and coach a small team. You will help supervise daily activities, ensure product availability, and uphold store standards.

Working with leadership, you will handle scheduling, basic payroll tasks, compliance, and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment that reflects our service focus and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing and stocking merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays to ensure effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts.
• Maintain organized store and stockroom per company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
