Job summary

Dollar General Corporation seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and help with store displays.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead and perform duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service at checkout and assist customers.

• Assist in opening/closing the store per manager instructions.
• Support in implementing and maintaining store planograms.
