Job summary

Vans seeks a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Support store leadership to drive customer experience and profitability.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Support stockroom operations and inventory flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold safety standards and store policies.
• Foster an inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
