You will break down daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and champion brand directives in merchandising, stock flow, and loss prevention while maintaining an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team to drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure store standards.
• Help maximize store profitability and ensure productive store operations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
