Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including openings, closings, and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Promote inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Foster community engagement and uphold store policies and safety.
• Create a positive, inclusive store environment that encourages learning.
