FashionUnited is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in South Carolina. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach a team of brand advocates, and drive exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand values.

Your role includes partnering on profitability, executing visual merchandising, ensuring stock replenishment, and maintaining loss prevention standards while supporting training, inventory control, and store administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Experience in staff development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are aligned with standards.
• Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration to motivate the team.
• Implement visual merchandising directives to maintain brand strategies.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Foster an environment of development and accountability.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS.
• Assist Store Manager in selecting and hiring qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
