Job summary
Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in North Las Vegas to lead by example, drive exceptional guest experiences, and supervise daily store operations. You will manage opening/closing duties, verify IDs, and uphold inventory integrity while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, compliant retail environment.
The role requires at least 1 year in customer-facing sales, 6 months in retail leadership, and experience with POS systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Curaleaf Team Members need a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Store Associate demonstrating consistent performance.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Empower associates to build customer relationships through personalized product recommendations.
- Drive consultative selling on the floor with open-ended questions and active listening.
- Guide guests to enroll in the rewards program and capture customer insights for future experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
