Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store management to supervise daily store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer interactions and drive sales.
• Ensure omni-channel service and accurate order processing (MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up).
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily office tasks.
• Maintain visual standards, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Foster inclusive, receptive team culture and communicate daily goals.
