Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Utah. You will open/close the store, lead a team, and deliver excellent customer service while processing transactions accurately. You’ll help with inventory, merchandising, and safety, and mentor new associates to maintain a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Solid communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact professionally with store teams and customers.
