Cotton On Group is hiring a Key Holder in California to lead a store team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with inventory, visual merchandising and daily operations while modelling a professional, collaborative team environment.

The role requires open availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, with a balance of leadership and hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced fashion setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast fashion retail and teamwork.
• Understanding of sales, stock and service in stores.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policy and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Collaborate with team toward common goals.
• Maintain professional presence and motivate others.
