Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store and support profitability. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and display merchandise, and help with store operations as needed.

The role involves leading customers and team members in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, while following company policies and safety guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience or related training is a plus.
• Ability to follow planograms and operate cash handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise, build displays, and rotate stock per planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and open/close under direction of management.
• Assist in duties of store management in their absence.
