Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Associate to support opening and closing the store when management is absent, including cash handling, order voids, refunds, and helping with deliveries through the back door. You will help customers, ensure pricing accuracy, and maintain inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change for cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Handle vendor deliveries by opening back door as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash and POS records; manage pricing and signage.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and basic store maintenance.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping.
