Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads and assists in daily store opening and closing duties such as cash management procedures, inventory reconciliation.
• Assists and participates in training from the leadership team on all day-to-day business functions.
• Assists in preparing all in store cash flow: till setting, cash handling, and cash depositing.
• Works with the management team to ensure adequate upkeep of the store.
• Supports maintenance needs for the facility by actively communicating needs and fixes to the management team.
• Leads and assists in meeting revenue and sales expectations by sharing critical business communication.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and leads by example for team members in developing a culture of customer service.
• Participates in inventory processes and ensuring order accuracy.
