Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in Fort Worth to drive sales, service and operations. The role focuses on coaching, team development, and maintaining an engaging store environment with strong customer interactions.

You will help recruit, train, and lead store staff while ensuring brand standards and program execution across daily operations and customer experiences.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and pulse on the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with Store management to lead staff to achieve sales, service and operational goals.
• Models company values and coaches the team to perform at a high level.
• Leads regular store meetings and communicates priorities and directives.
• Ensures proper staffing and execution of store initiatives and programs.
• Trains staff on internal operations and supports a seamless customer experience.
• Elevates the customer experience and branding per company standards.
• Monitors performance and uses store reports to guide decisions.
