Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead store staff in Fort Worth, TX, delivering sales, service, and operational standards.

You will model company values, coach team members, and communicate priorities to maximize business results while ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll participate in staffing, training, and executing brand programs, monitoring store reports, and driving engagement and NPS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative, self-motivated, results oriented and strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Willing to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Able to stand/walk for most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Coach team, communicate priorities, and ensure staff is equipped to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and maintain inclusive store environment.
• Utilize store reports to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Conduct regular store meetings and implement brand programs.
• Drive customer experience, exceed expectations, and support high NPS.
