The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead in Rochester, MN to partner with the Store Manager and guide the team toward superior sales performance and service. You will manage store operations on duty, drive customer engagement, and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail, strong communication, leadership, and tech skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits across the region.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
