Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence when on duty.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities, recruit staff, and ensure customer experience meets brand standards. This role requires retail experience and strong leadership capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems and POS.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach team and drive sales.
• Lead operations when assigned as manager on duty.
• Ensure brand standards and store marketing initiatives are executed.
