Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in Newark, DE to drive sales and service excellence. You will coach the team, maintain an engaging selling environment, and ensure operational tasks are completed when acting as the manager on duty.

You will open and close the store, execute company directions, and help recruit and develop staff while upholding brand standards and a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
• Coach and develop team in a selling environment.
• Open/close the store as manager on duty and ensure operational tasks are completed.
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
