Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Sunnyvale, CA to partner with the Store Manager in coaching a sales-driven team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will open/close the store as the manager on duty, help drive sales, service and operations, and foster an inclusive, engaging store environment. Responsibilities include staff development, using reports to guide decisions, and ensuring brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Coach and develop team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty when scheduled.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Use store reports to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support training of staff on internal operational functions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and store programs.
• Contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture and drive customer satisfaction.
