Job summary

Boston Scally Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Waltham location. This hands-on leadership role focuses on sales, team development, and efficient daily operations while delivering an authentic Boston Scally experience.

You will lead on the floor, build relationships with customers, and help shape the in-store brand storytelling. Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering engaging customer service.

• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and daily store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of store staff.
• Monitor sales trends and product performance to inform leadership.
