Leap is seeking a Store Manager for its boutique on Newbury St in Boston. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while building a high-performing team. The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced setting and a focus on brand standards and local partnerships.

You will own the customer journey, manage inventory and payroll processes, and collaborate on store initiatives to grow brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own daily boutique performance and drive sales, profitability, and key objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and optimize performance through data insights.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with nearby Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives and openings.
