Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to drive sales and performance.
• Support a team selling environment.
• Participate in store recruitment and training of associates.
• Coach and develop staff and ensure staffing levels meet store goals.
• Assist in achieving merchandising standards and customers' safety.
