Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve Store objectives.
• Lead day-to-day team work to ensure effective/efficient delivery of service and advice while maintaining compliance.
• Monitor teller and platform workflows, delegate tasks, and manage risk.
• Drive store operational excellence including cash handling and fraud prevention.
• Coach and develop team on delivering customer service and sales conversations.
