Job summary

Purpose Brands is seeking a Store Opening Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale store openings across its brands. You will manage cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, defining workstreams, owners, scope and timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role reports to the Senior Store Opening Project Manager and requires strong collaboration, stakeholder influence, and experience in fast-paced franchise environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM experience on medium to large projects.
• Strong strategic and tactical communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Franchise environment experience preferred.
• Design and construction schedules experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through store opening discovery and delivery.
• Develop internal project statements of work and schedules; facilitate kick-offs and steering meetings.
• Manage day-to-day updates to project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive process improvements throughout lifecycle.
• Apply waterfall or agile methodologies as determined with the team.
• Collaborate with brand leaders and outside vendors; communicate status to the Business Owner.
