Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC is seeking a Store Opening Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale store opening initiatives across multiple brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams through discovery to delivery, shaping scopes, timelines, and milestones.

The role reports to the Senior Store Opening Project Manager and emphasizes collaboration with brand leaders and external vendors in a fast-paced, inspirational culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience on medium to large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through store opening discovery and define workstreams, owners, scope and timing.
• Develop internal project statements of work with franchise owners.
• Schedule and facilitate kick-offs and delivery meetings (status, retrospectives, steering meetings).
• Maintain day-to-day updates to project plan, tasks, timeline and milestones.
