Job summary

Purpose Brands is seeking a Store Opening Project Manager to coordinate medium to large-scale store openings across its brands. You will lead cross-functional teams through discovery to delivery, shaping workstreams, scope, owners, and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Hybrid work model with offices in MN, FL and WA, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale projects/programs.
• Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills.
• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and able to create structure and prioritize work.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership and communication; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Servant leadership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through the store opening discovery process, defining workstreams, owners, scope, and timing.
• Develop internal project statements of work and manage the project plan, milestones and timeline.
• Schedule and facilitate project kick-offs and delivery meetings (status, steering, retrospectives).
• Monitor issues, risks and dependencies; drive process improvements and best practices.
• Support transition to business-as-usual and ensure adoption of new processes.
