Job summary

Favorite Daughter is seeking a Key Holder to help the store run smoothly in Beverly Hills. You will open/close the store, manage cash and alarms, and lead the sales floor in the absence of the Store Manager.

You are a strong relationship builder with a passion for fashion, a history in clienteling, and the ability to grow a personal client book while delivering on sales goals. Excellent visual merchandising and brand-aligned presentation are expected.

Qualifications

• In-store sales experience with a contemporary brand and some leadership exposure.
• Proven clienteling ability or a strong track record of building and maintaining a client book.
• Comfort with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store keys.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage keys, alarms, and cash procedures with care.
• Act as manager-on-duty, lead sales floor, motivate the team, and drive sales.
• Set the pace for the team with strong selling and service each shift.
• Connect with customers, build a loyal client base, and manage follow-up.
