Favorite Daughter in Nashville is hiring a Key Holder who leads with energy and style, building client relationships and driving daily sales. You open, close, and manage store operations while inspiring a team to deliver outstanding service.

You will develop a loyal clientele, curate appealing displays, and ensure the space reflects the brand. A strong product passion, late hours, and physical demands may apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years making sales and building clientele at an elevated contemporary brand, with leadership experience.
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book; Endear is a huge plus.
• Confidence handling opening/closing duties, cash management, and store keys.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Team-first spirit and customer-first mindset.
• Deep love and knowledge of the product.
• Eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Flexibility for a retail schedule—evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use POS/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

A Day in Your World

• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash-handling procedures with care
• Act as manager-on-duty — running the sales floor, motivating the team, and driving sales whether the Store Manager is on-site or not
• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service every shift
• Set your sights on your sales goals — and blow past them
• Connect with every customer: read what they need, share what you know, and make them feel taken care of
• Build a clientele that’s yours — the regulars who text you when something new drops
• Keep your follow-up game strong so your book keeps growing
• Bring the collection to life through visual merchandising — styling displays, refreshing mannequins,and keeping the floor set to brand standards
• Handle the operational essentials: floor changeovers, product transfers, restocking, and daily stock maintenance
• Keep the store polished and inviting — cleaning, tidying, and floor maintenance so every corner looks its best
• Rally with your team to hit store goals and keep the energy high
• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts — smart, consistent, and by the book
