Marc Jacobs International seeks a Keyholder for its Miami Design District store in Miami, Florida. The role supports daily operations, opens/closes the store, and safeguards assets while providing exceptional client experiences and clienteling to enhance store performance.

Responsibilities include de-escalating issues, achieving sales KPIs, and sharing styling expertise to help clients find the perfect pieces. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to de-escalate issues calmly.
• Confidence in managing cash transactions and deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming.
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Build client relationships and capture client data for follow-up.
• Open and close the store and safeguard cash handling.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization.
• Lead and support team in absence of management.
