Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with POS systems and tablets.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, punctual and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management and assist in task delegation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide shoppers through the journey.
• Maintain product knowledge, drive sales, handle purchases and returns.
• Maintain brand presentation through merchandising and stockroom organization.
• Train and support new team members to Mizzen+Main standards.
• Promote events, launches, and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Ensure store upkeep, cleanliness, and functioning fitting rooms.
• Enforce company policies and procedures for safety and compliance.
• Engage in community outreach to grow the customer base.
