Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a reliable retail associate to support daily store operations in Minnesota. The role involves assisting with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and merchandising while delivering strong customer service.

You will be a role model for the team, sharing product knowledge and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer service proficiency.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stay flexible and adapt in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and keeping a clean, well-presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create exceptional experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and support local marketing efforts to drive the store’s success.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
