This full-time position offers $15.25 per hour, a 40-hour week, weekend availability, and opportunities for staff development while ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory control, and data-driven performance insights.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and communicates in English.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with the Store Manager to ensure top-tier customer service and inventory accuracy.
• Train, supervise and develop team members and volunteers; conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily deposit/reporting, and support scheduling and communications.
