• Lead store tasks as delegated by Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals when shifts start.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers and provide product recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, visuals and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
