Job summary

Anthropologie in Savannah is seeking a Key Holder to assist the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You will help maintain daily operations, support omni-channel services, and reinforce brand standards.

You will mentor teammates, participate in opening/closing procedures, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture while ensuring high visual and service standards.

Qualifications

• Brand affinity for Anthropologie and URBN standards.
• Experience leading or supporting a retail team.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the customer experience by supporting the store leadership team.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set goals.
• Executes omni-channel services to deliver a seamless experience.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
• Assists in training and onboarding of new hires.
