You will contribute to an omni-channel shopping experience, drive sales using KPIs, and participate in opening/closing procedures and daily tasks to keep the store inviting and organized.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborates with the leadership team to create an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued; drives sales and store metrics using KPIs; enables omni-channel shopping experiences.
• Leadership + Team Management: Supports the store environment, trains associates, on-boarding new hires, and maintains a positive pace and morale.
• Visual + Business Operations: Assists with opening/closing procedures, restocking, maintaining store standards, and supporting shipment and markdown processes.
• Communication + Relationships: Fosters inclusive culture, seeks feedback, and communicates insights to the Store Manager; participates in team-building initiatives.
