Job summary

Hollywood Feed Lake Forest is seeking a Third Key Holder to open and close the store, assist customers, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding our customer-first policy.

The role offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $18 per hour, with weekend availability. You will stock shelves, operate the POS system, train new staff, and may assist with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is vital at Hollywood Feed.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Arrive before opening and stay after closing to prepare for operations.
• Assume managerial duties in absence of managers.
• Greet and assist customers according to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to address pet/customer needs.
• Open to close and stock deliveries; operate POS and handle transactions.
• Train new employees and support team; maintain displays and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine store maintenance; safety compliance.
• Safely operate company vehicles for Same Day Delivery orders.
