Anthropologie in Skokie, IL is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership in service, selling, and daily operations. You will help maintain a customer-centric environment and mentor associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

You will work closely with leadership to drive sales, manage daily zones, and ensure smooth omni-channel operations while upholding brand standards and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate a welcoming, customer-centric environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
• Executes omni-channel services to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Supports training of the associate team, including onboarding for new hires.
• Assists with daily operations such as opening/closing, restocking, and facilities/IT issues.
• Maintains visual standards and collaborates with partners on shipments and markdowns.
