Job summary

This role also requires weekend availability and a friendly, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Minimum 2 years retail, store operations, and customer experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Shopify experience is a plus.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, secure the store, and manage alarms.
• Build lasting relationships and memorable experiences with customers.
• Keep the sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas organized and merchandised.
• Assist with inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with selection.
• Support sales goals by promoting promotions or loyalty programs.
• Maintain a safe working and shopping environment by following safety policies.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately.
• Lead on duty when management is absent.
• Train new associates on store procedures and product knowledge.
